As a Customer Service Advisor, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores with a smile. You're the MVP in giving top-notch customer service and boosting sales. Whether it's a warm welcome or a lightning-fast checkout, your goal is to ace every shopping experience!

Passionate Customer Service: Through your passion for sport, you’ll share tips and experiences with users. Through our hands-on product training, you will be able to give the best technical advice for the sports you are responsible for. Decathlon has shifted into an omnichannel business so our sports advisors and sales assistants must be able to assist customers in all aspects of retail shopping, whether that’s in-store or online!
Being a Team Player - Join a crew of Cusromer Service Advisors and Sports Advisors who sleep and breathe sports! Together, you'll be high-fiving victories and tackling challenges as a team. It's all about rocking the team spirit while also owning your game independently.
