Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Community, Events, and Sports Activities Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement, sports, and event coordination, along with strong communication skills to connect with our members and participants.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating sports partners, sport activities and community events
- Communicate clearly with members, participants, and guests about events and programs
- Support and promote initiatives for local community and sports projects.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Promote community and sports activities services through upselling and engagement strategies.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple activities and events smoothly .
Experience
- Previous experience in sports, desk, events environments is a plus
- Strong organisational skills to effectively manage community and sports activities
- Ability to connect with diverse groups and foster a sense of community
- Demonstrated experience in customer service with a focus on delivering a great participant experience
