YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You are a partner of the business - Leading Human Strategies and Transformations:
A strategic partner working with critical stakeholders to ensure the country's intentions and directions. For this position, the stakeholders are N-2 Services Leaders and the Logistics Leading Team.
Create the conditions for leaders' autonomy to develop human capital.
You will facilitate the 10 HR process and make it accessible for the actors to build and lead a sustainable human structure.
Cultural Ambassador:
You are an ambassador and referent for the RECIPE (Values X Mgmt Timeline X Human Fundamentals) in your business domains and work continuously to shape a desired organisational culture.
Promote a healthy work environment aligned with Decathlon's culture.
I help create a balanced environment that promotes the best conditions for the teammates’ success.
HR Specialist on 1-2 of the 10 HR processes: Due to the team's setup, each HRBP also has an HR Specialist cross-over.
Employment Law Referent: You will advise the leaders but also investigate and handle specific cases yourself.

Due to its nature, the role needs to be based in our London services; there will be weekly travel to the Northampton Warehouse and occasional travel to the service hub in Stockport (paid).
THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

You are an experienced leader who has led a store, logistics, or service team with Strong Human results.
