As our new Finance Systems Specialist, you will serve as the operational backbone for financial systems across a major international Supply Hub. In this vital role, you will safeguard the integrity of our financial flows, drive continuous process optimization, and play a pivotal role in leading our transition to a new ERP system
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
System Administration & Support

Act as the primary point of contact for finance users, delivering daily functional support for incidents and inquiries.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in close collaboration with internal IT teams and product owners.

Proactively monitor system performance and data interfaces to catch and address potential issues before they impact operations.
Project Management & System Evolution

Partner with finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for IT developers.

Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee delivered solutions are fit for purpose.

Manage small-to-medium projects end-to-end, keeping scope and timelines on track.

Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless deployments and high user adoption rates.
Data Governance & Documentation

Safeguard data integrity and accuracy across all financial systems.

Build and maintain structured documentation for system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
User Training & Empowerment

Design and deliver engaging training sessions to upskill finance teams on tools and best practices.

Curate and maintain an accessible knowledge base, empowering users to self-serve minor issues independently.
THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
What You Bring
-
A diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, BIS, Computer Science, or Data Science.

2–3 years in a similar systems/finance role (experience in Retail or a Multinational Corporation is a big plus!).

Proven experience with SAP (specifically MM, SD, and FI modules). Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or Intrastat reporting is a strong advantage.

Strong SQL coding abilities. Prior experience using Databricks will make you stand out.

High comfort level with technical tools combined with exceptional logical reasoning.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This hybrid role would require the successful candidate to attend at least three days a week in our office in Dublin (Ireland)
