We are looking to change the game on how to bring to life the joys of sport in the UK and we are recruiting a new Store Manager for our Brighton store.
The Brighton store, located on the vibrant High Street in the heart of the city and just a short walk from the train station, spans 1,400 sqm across three floors. It plays a vital role in the local community, serving as a key destination for both residents and tourists.
What you will do
The responsibilities of a Decathlon Store Manager include the recruitment, onboarding and leadership of a sporty team toward the following objectives:

Attracting and recruiting new Decathlon customers.

Exploring and creating new solutions to showcase our full range of products and services for 70 sports within a smaller store format.

Enhancing both our brand and employer image within the catchment to inspire new customers to shop with us and sporty entrepreneurs to work with us.

Managing an environmentally and economically sustainable business.
Who Are You?

An active and sporty Retail Manager with proven experience in managing in a fast-paced retail environment.

Available to start immediately.

Passionate about merchandising and testing new ways to sharpen our technical, best-value image in a competitive retail environment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
As a store leader, you will be required to work usual retail hours including evenings and weekends.
