Decathlon Recruitment Process

Step 1: Thanks for applying!

Once you've sent us your application, our local recruiters will screen all applicants based on our Decathlon values, relevent skills/knowledge required for the job, and of course interest in sport! We'll keep you updated on your application status every step of the way.

Step 2: We'll give you a call.

If you make it through our first filtering stage, one of our recruiters will give you a call to find out more about you. It will be a relatively informal chat, all we care about is your passion for sport, and your motivation for the role! You'll also have the chance to ask us any questions.

Step 3: You've got an interview.

If all goes well over the phone, you'll be invited to attend an interview with us. You could be invited to one of 3 formats...
