HOW WE RECRUIT AT DECATHLON UK

It takes two to recruit. While we evaluate you, you evaluate us too and that's why your application experience is very important to us. As authenticity is part of our company values, one of our pro tips for applicants is to be yourself! 

STEP 1: GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Once you've sent us your application, our local recruiters will screen all applicants based on our Decathlon values, relevant skills and knowledge required for the job, and of course interest in sport! We'll keep you updated on your application status every step of the way. We have to know that you are our MVP in the making! 

STEP 2: FIRST BASE? PHONE CALL

If you make it through our first filtering stage, one of our recruiters will give you a call to find out more about you. It will be a relatively informal chat, we need to validate your passion for sport and your motivation for the role! You'll also have a chance to ask us any questions during this call. 

STEP 3: GET INTERVIEWED

If all goes well over the phone, you'll be invited to attend an interview with us. You could be invited to one of three interview formats:
