CRO Manager

Decathlon is a sporting goods retailer. With over 1400 stores in 45 countries, it is the largest sporting goods retailer in the world.

Decathlon UK e business is growing at a very good rate and is looking for a CRO Manager to extend its ecommerce growth.

You will be part of the UX Team and will be paving the way of our CRO Strategy. You will be assisted in your daily job with a network of developers with different skill sets and backgrounds as well as web designers. You will also be part of a CRO Decathlon worldwide community where best practices will be shared.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work closely with the Head of User Experience to enhance user experience using CRO process

  • Perform a CRO Audit of the ecommerce platform

  • Continuous research and analysis of user journeys through quantitative and qualitative data (session recordings, surveys, heat map, scrollmap,...) in order to detect optimisation opportunities.

  • Deliver a pipeline of AB & MVT tests using prioritisation model to constantly challenge the existing UX

  • Work with Web Designers and Front End Developers in order to deliver UX optimised design

  • Work across different CRO tools from analysis to implementation of your solutions

  • Be an active part of the CRO Decathlon Worldwide Community

 

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in analytics, website management, and the end to end conversion rate optimisation process

  • Extensive experience in managing, planning and executing A/B and MV testing

  • Strong abilities within Google Analytics

  • Strong abilities within Tag management tool (Tag Commander)

  • Proven experience in CRO tools (eg: LuckyOrange, Abtasty, Crazyegg preferably)
