The role

Based in the UK’s Green City,  Decathlon Sheffield aims to make sport sustainably accessible to the many and create a strong link with our local community of outdoor sports enthusiasts. This is a new role for ambitious Graduates looking to kickstart their career in business management, working in a hands-on role alongside like-minded, sporty teammates.

 

You will embark upon a full training programme preparing you to lead your very own Department and support your future development, we therefore don’t require any previous industry experience prior to joining us. As a Graduate Trainee Manager you'll be learning to co-lead one of our largest departments from day one, essentially you will be running your very own business within the umbrella of the store.

Additional Information:

Decathlon Sheffield is located in the city centre, less than 10 minutes walk from Sheffield Train Station.

As a Department Manager at Decathlon you will be required to work usual retail hours including evenings and weekends and some bank holidays, but don't worry we try to create a healthy work life balance within our team. The role will be shop-floor based with full Covid-19 safety regulations and precautions in place. The safety of our teammates and customers is our main priority during these times.
