Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll be diversifying and optimising our talent pipelines to attract more sporty people to join us at Decathlon UK! To put it simply, the purpose of your role is to optimise and facilitate the entire recruitment process, right from; attracting, sourcing and filtering candidates to measuring and maintaining candidate experience and application flow. Your aim is to support our local recruiters in finding the best people to join us in our mission in making sport accessible to the UK population!

Additional information: 

You’ll be based at our flagship Decathlon UK head office in Surrey Quays, with some scope to work from home. Our head office has all the necessary covid safety precautions and regulations in place to offer a safe working environment during these times. You’ll predominantly work Mon-Friday and your contracted hours will be 39 per week. This is an exciting role involving supporting our local recruiting managers across London to ensure they are 100% confident in managing our end to end recruitment process. You’ll also be working collaboratively with our national recruitment team to contribute to our wider people practices.
