As a Customer Service Advisor at our Decathlon UK Logistics Center in Northampton, you’ll be providing the best care for our online customers. To put it simply, the purpose of your role is to find solutions to our customers' queries and engage with them via our national communication channels (phone, chat, email, social media). The most important part of your role is to ensure that all customers leave delighted with our products and your service.

The opening times for our Logistics Center Customer Loyalty Team are; 8am-8pm, Mon- Sun. We run two shift cycles, mornings and evenings to help strike a healthy work-life balance for our team.
