As a Customer Service Advisor your role is to ensure that all of your customers leave the store ‘satisfied or satisfied’. Together with your teammates you will strive to ensure that every customer has a seamless experience when making their final purchases in store. As part of the Customer Service Team you will commit to delivering a 5 star shopping experience every time.
Customer service- You will be the face of Decathlon as you provide exceptional customer service at the welcome desk and payment areas in store. You’ll overcome customer queries and problems with ease to guarantee that every customer leaves the store with the right products for their needs.

Cashing - At the end of each day you will take responsibility for your cashing up of your tills and ensuring that all back office procedures are carried out accurately.
Online Orders - You will work seamlessly with our customer loyalty team to ensure that all online parcels are accounted for each day. You will give sound advice over the phone to our customers in order to overcome obstacles and to offer quick easy solutions to their problems.
