Customer Experience and Communications Manager

As the Customer Experience and Communications Manager for Decathlon Leeds, you will have a blank canvas to build a powerful communication strategy to spread our Decathlon purpose and values in the city. Through digital engagement, creating partnerships and organising events, your aim is to spread our love for sport to help the people of Leeds stay active.

This exciting role will also involve creating a “WOW” factor customer experience inside our new Leeds store. You’ll be leading a team of passionate customer service assistants and together you’ll create new ways to build our brand identity and customer loyalty base within Leeds.

Additional information: 

This role will be split into two halves, in the lead up to our store opening, you’ll be focused on building our digital presence and interacting with our sporty Leeds community. Once we’re open, together with your team, you’ll be leading by example by providing the best customer experience in store.

Work patterns will vary and you’ll be required to work some evenings and weekends.
