Customer Experience Advisor

As a Customer Experience Advisor at our Decathlon UK campus you’ll be providing the best care for our customers, both in-store and online. To put it simply, the purpose of your role is to find solutions to our customers' queries; whether that is face to face or virtually through our national communication channels. The most important part of your role is to ensure that all customers leave delighted with our products and your service.

Additional Information:

This role covers two customer services areas; our welcome desk in store and on our national communication channels in our office (phone lines, chat, emails, social media). Both of which are located at the same building in Surrey Quays. 

Our opening times at our Decathlon UK campus are Mon-Fri 8am-9pm, Saturdays 9am-8pm and Sundays 10am-5.30pm. Our customer loyalty team operates in different shift rotations to strike a healthy work-life balance. 

Nb. Due to the recent covid-19 restrictions, there may be scope to work from home where necessary. Any in-store duties are fully compliant with safety regulations to keep our team and customers protected during these times.
