As the Delivery Coordinator in our Nottingham Store, you'll be leading the daily delivery we receive as a store. You will be overlooking a smooth day to day operation to ensure our stock is put out as efficiently as possible, but customer satisfaction is kept high. Your challenge is to optimise every step of your activity, with your main KPIs consisting of Lead Time, Quality, Productivity and Efficiency, amongst others. You will need to think out of the box to improve our existing systems and ensure efficient stock replenishment and be able motivate a team of 20-30 people each day. You will be working in a quickly evolving field as the store delivery expectations continue to develop and increase more than ever before. You will also be responsbile for the organisation of our delivery bay and outside run, to help improve then efiicency of the team to process delivery and change their layout.


The ideal candiadate must be energetic and take repsonsibility to improve our delivery systems. You must be able to analyse current procedures and implement new processes to improve efficency, but be willing to go back to the drawing board if these changes don't work!!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Delivery - To lead the shop floor team and be responsible for an efficient delivery but to still guarantee our customer is our first priority. From truck to peg, you are responsible for a safe and efficient process. You will be 100% responsible for your KPIs and animation and the development of the process.

  • Efficiency - To ensure the back of house is organised to allow a free transit of delivery - including delivery bay and outside storage area. You will be in charge of organising stock and fixtures that need to be stored. This will ensure the efficiency of staff when changing shop floor layout and filling shelves for overstock.

  • Team Player - You will still be a part of a shop floor team of like-minded Sales Assistants, practicing sport and celebrating victories together, so it’s important that you are able to work well within a team environment as well as independently and to be able to help out with day to day shop floor tasks where needed.
